Key functions

1.Main function: It is a joystick pilot control valve, converts operator’s manual movement on the joystick into proportional low pilot hydraulic pressure signals. These pilot pressure signals act on the main control valve spools to control the bucket, boom, arm, swing and travel actions of the mini excavator. It realizes smooth, sensitive and graded operation of hydraulic actuators.

2.Common faults: Sticky spool causing slow or unresponsive movements; internal leakage leading to weak operation; seal damage with hydraulic oil leakage; stuck valve resulting in drifting boom/arm.

3.Short catalog description: Pilot control valve for CAT mini excavator, transmits pilot pressure to control hydraulic working actions.
