• Function

2.Oil Control: The piston rings can scrape off the excess lubricating oil on the cylinder wall to prevent the oil from entering the combustion chamber, reducing oil consumption. Meanwhile, they can evenly distribute a proper amount of oil on the cylinder wall to form an oil film, which plays a role in lubrication and reduces the friction and wear between the piston and the cylinder wall.
