1.Accurate oil - level measurement: It is usually in the form of a dipstick, consisting of a long, slender metal rod with a handle at one end for easy operation. The other end is inserted into the oil sump through a tube. There are calibrated marks on the metal rod. By inserting the dipstick into the oil sump and then pulling it out, the operator can determine the oil level according to the position of the oil stain on the rod, so as to know the specific oil quantity in the oil sump.

2.Ensuring proper lubrication: The engine needs an appropriate amount of oil to ensure good lubrication. The oil level gauge can help the operator master the oil level, ensure that the engine has enough oil for lubrication, reduce the wear between moving parts, and prevent engine damage caused by insufficient oil, thus promoting the durable and reliable operation of the engine.
