Function

1.Provide rotary power for upper structure The swing motor together with swing machinery (swing reduction gearbox) outputs torque to drive the excavator upper house to rotate left and right relative to the undercarriage, realizing slewing action for positioning bucket loading, unloading and digging.

2.Torque amplification & speed reduction The built-in planetary reduction set reduces the high rotation speed of hydraulic motor and multiplies output torque, delivering strong low-speed rotary force to bear heavy load from cab, boom and bucket.

3.Swing holding & braking Integrated swing brake locks the rotation automatically when stop operating, preventing the upper structure from free rotation on slope or uneven ground; controls smooth start and stop to avoid impact shaking.

4.Shock absorption & stable rotation Match hydraulic flow to realize smooth acceleration and deceleration during slewing, reduce impact load to protect hydraulic components and extend service life of swing parts.
