• Function and Application

1.Circulating coolant: The water pump is equipped with an impeller. When the engine is running, the impeller is driven by the engine's mechanical energy to rotate, generating a centrifugal force. This force draws the coolant from the lower part of the engine and pumps it into the engine block and cylinder head passages, enabling the coolant to circulate continuously in the engine cooling system.
 

2.Absorbing engine heat: During the circulation process, the coolant absorbs a large amount of heat generated by the engine during operation. As the coolant flows through the engine components, it takes away the heat, preventing the engine from overheating and ensuring that the engine operates within a suitable temperature range.
