• Function

14Y-21-13160 floating coupling seal (floating oil seal) is a heavy-duty rotary end face seal for Komatsu bulldozers. It keeps lubricating oil inside the coupling/axle assembly, stops oil leakage, and blocks dirt, sand, mud and water from entering the lubrication chamber. It can compensate for slight misalignment and end-face wear automatically during low-speed heavy-load rotation, protecting bearings and gears from abrasive damage.
