Functions

1.Prevent hydraulic oil leakage: It contains piston seals, rod seals, wear rings, O-rings and dust seals. It blocks high-pressure hydraulic oil from leaking out of the arm hydraulic cylinder, keeps stable hydraulic pressure for the arm action, and avoids weak arm digging force caused by internal leakage.

2.Block external contaminants: Dust seal keeps dirt, sand, mud and moisture out of the cylinder interior, protecting the cylinder barrel and piston rod from scratch and abrasion.

3.Reduce friction and wear: Wear rings guide the piston and piston rod movement, absorb side load, lower metal-to-metal friction and extend cylinder service life.

4.Repair spare set: Complete matched sealing parts for arm cylinder overhaul. Replace all old seals once when oil leaking occurs, which is a standard maintenance kit for stick cylinder repair.
