Function

1.Spacing & axial positioning: This filler is a shim/spacer fitted inside the swing motor / swing gearbox assembly. It precisely controls the axial clearance between rotating and stationary components of swing machinery, maintaining the correct preload for bearings and gear sets.

2.Vibration and shock absorption: It absorbs minor vibration and impact loads generated during excavator slewing movement, reducing metal-to-metal contact and preventing gear and bearing damage.

3.Compensation for assembly tolerance: Compensates machining and assembly gaps of swing components, ensures smooth and stable rotation of the swing gear.

4.Maintain lubrication status: Keeps the internal clearance within the designed range to preserve proper oil film for bearings and gears, avoiding oil leakage and premature wear.
