  • Functions
1.Static sealing for engine oil cooler: It forms a leak-proof static joint between the oil cooler and engine block, preventing engine oil leakage from the connection interface, maintaining stable oil pressure of the lubrication system.
 
2.Self-retaining press-fit installation: This press-in-place seal locks firmly into the housing groove by interference fit. No adhesive or extra retainer is required, avoiding displacement or dropping under vibration.
 
3.Isolate external contaminants: Blocks dust, dirt, water and debris from entering the oil circuit, protecting internal engine components from abrasion and corrosion.
Adapt to temperature & pressure fluctuation: Made of EPDM material, resistant to coolant, oil and thermal cycling. It keeps stable sealing performance under the temperature and pressure changes during equipment operation.
 
4.Maintain cooling efficiency: Preventing fluid loss ensures the oil cooler works normally to control engine oil temperature and protect engine service life.
