Function

1.Hydraulic medium transmission: Conveys high-pressure hydraulic oil between hydraulic components on Komatsu heavy equipment, transferring hydraulic power to drive actuators such as cylinders and motors.

2.Flexible connection: Acts as a flexible pipeline between moving machine parts, compensating for position shift, vibration and relative movement which rigid steel pipes cannot absorb.

3.Pressure containment: The steel wire reinforcement inside the hose withstands working hydraulic pressure, maintaining system pressure stability during machine operation.

4.Vibration & shock absorption: Dampens hydraulic impulse vibration and pressure shock generated by pumps and valves, protecting connected pipe joints and hydraulic components.

5.Sealing protection: Forms a fully sealed fluid passage to prevent hydraulic oil leakage, keeping the hydraulic system clean and maintaining normal oil volume.

6.Abrasion & environmental resistance: The outer rubber layer resists abrasion, dust and temperature variation in harsh construction site conditions, extending service life.
