| 1. Engine Startup Fuel Passage Opening |
| When ignition key turns to START/RUN position, electric current energizes the solenoid coil. Magnetic force pulls the internal plunger to lift the fuel cutoff valve, fully opening the internal fuel gallery of injection pump. Diesel fuel can flow continuously to plungers and injectors to support normal engine running. |

| 2. Emergency & Normal Engine Shutdown (Core Function) |
| Once power supply is cut off (key off, emergency stop triggered), the built-in return spring instantly pushes the plunger down to block the fuel oil channel. Fuel supply to combustion chamber is completely cut off, forcing the engine to stop immediately. This is the primary electric shutdown control of diesel engines without throttle plates. |

| Cut fuel automatically in emergency scenarios: machine collision, over-speed, low oil pressure alarm, or fire hazards to prevent runaway engine and safety accidents. |

| Equipped with a manual override screw on the housing. When the solenoid coil fails or electrical circuit breaks, technicians can manually lift the plunger to supply fuel temporarily for engine maintenance or emergency transfer, avoiding machine immobilization on site. |
