|
It receives electronic speed commands sent from the cabin throttle knob and working mode switch.
The built-in stepper motor drives the pull wire to swing the fuel injection pump governor lever, adjusting fuel supply volume precisely. It sets variable engine RPM from low idle (around 800rpm) to high working speed (max 2200rpm), matching power output for light-duty travel or heavy digging loads.

| 2. Automatic Speed Stabilization & Load Compensation |
| Cooperates with engine speed sensor and excavator controller to realize closed-loop speed control: |
| When digging hard soil, hydraulic load surges → motor automatically increases throttle travel to supply more fuel, prevent engine speed drop, lugging or stall. |
| When load reduces (empty bucket moving), motor cuts fuel supply to avoid over-revving, eliminate abnormal noise and fuel waste. |

| 3. Idle & Flameout Control |
| Startup: Automatically return to standard idle position after engine ignition to maintain stable low idle without manual adjustment. |
| Shutdown: After ignition key power-off, the motor pulls the governor to fuel cut-off position with short delay, completing safe engine flameout. No manual stop lever required. |

| 4. Engine-Hydraulic Power Matching & Fuel Saving |
| It communicates with the main pump EPC solenoid valve. The controller adjusts motor travel based on target engine speed, balancing engine output power and hydraulic pump absorption power. It reduces hydraulic overflow loss, cuts fuel consumption and extends engine service life. |
