| 1. Linear guiding & centering for cylinder piston rod |
| It is press-fitted inside the hydraulic cylinder head, tightly surrounding the piston rod. It maintains perfect coaxiality of the reciprocating piston rod, prevents rod deflection, offset and radial shaking during high-load telescopic movement. |

| 2. Reduce friction & self-lubrication |
| The inner PTFE composite layer acts as a permanent solid lubricant. It eliminates direct metal-to-metal contact between steel piston rod and cylinder housing. Even under insufficient hydraulic oil, it keeps low friction to avoid scuffing or seizure. |

| 3. Sacrificial wear protection (cost-saving maintenance) |
| This bushing is designed as a consumable wear part. All abrasion occurs on the bushing surface instead of expensive piston rod or cylinder tube. Only replace the low-cost bushing when worn, no need to repair or replace the whole cylinder assembly. |

| 4. Protect cylinder oil seals & extend seal service life |
| Stable rod clearance controlled by the bushing avoids eccentric rod swing. It prevents uneven extrusion, abrasion and premature damage of dust seals, rod oil seals and buffer rings installed beside the bushing, greatly cutting hydraulic oil leakage risk. |
