Function

1.Coolant Circulation Conduit

Serve as flexible pipeline to transmit engine coolant between radiator and engine water chamber, forming closed cooling circulation loop. Guarantee continuous flow of cooling liquid to take away engine combustion heat.

2.Flexible Connection & Vibration Isolation

Absorb engine vibration and slight positional displacement during operation. Prevent rigid stress and cracking caused by hard connection between engine and radiator.

3.Seal Cooling Circuit & Prevent Coolant Leakage

Tightly connect two pipe joints with hose clamps. Maintain sealed cooling system; avoid coolant leakage which will cause engine overheating.

4.Thermal Expansion Compensation

Silicone material has good elasticity. Compensate thermal expansion & contraction of metal pipes when coolant temperature rises and falls. Avoid pipeline deformation and joint loosening.

5.Heat Resistance & Medium Isolation

High-temperature resistant silicone composite material withstands long-term work under hot coolant. Isolate coolant from outside air, reduce vapor loss of cooling liquid.
