1.Automatic Speed Regulation: The Hyundai 11Q6 - 01190 fan clutch is usually a silicone oil fan clutch. When the engine coolant temperature is low, the temperature - sensing valve plate closes the oil inlet hole, and the silicone oil in the oil storage chamber cannot enter the working chamber. The rotation of the driving plate cannot be transmitted to the driven plate, and the clutch is disengaged. At this time, the fan rotates at a very low speed. When the coolant temperature is high (exceeding 65°C), the bimetallic temperature - sensing element is heated and deformed, driving the control valve plate shaft and the control valve plate to turn a certain angle, opening the oil inlet hole. The silicone oil enters the working chamber. Due to the high viscosity of the silicone oil, the driving plate drives the housing and the fan to rotate together through the silicone oil, and the fan speed increases rapidly to achieve effective heat dissipation.

2.Energy Saving and Noise Reduction: This fan clutch can automatically adjust the fan speed according to the engine temperature, avoiding the fan from always running at a high speed, thereby saving fuel consumption. At the same time, the gradual change of the fan speed can also reduce the air impact noise and the additional friction noise caused by the deformation of the plastic fan.
