• Function

1.Heat Exchange: When the heating system of the construction machinery is activated, the hot coolant from the engine circulates through the heater core. The heater core is designed with a large heat - exchange area, which enables efficient heat transfer from the hot coolant to the surrounding air. This process is based on the principle of heat conduction, where the heat energy of the coolant is transferred to the metal walls of the heater core and then to the air passing through it.

2.Air Heating: Air is blown across the heater core by a fan or blower system in the heating system. As the air comes into contact with the hot surface of the heater core, its temperature rises rapidly. The heated air then enters the cab through the air duct system, raising the temperature inside the cab and providing a warm environment for the operator, especially in cold weather conditions.
