• Function

1.Heat exchange: The radiator core is equipped with a series of tubes and fins. When the hot coolant from the engine flows through these tubes, the fins increase the heat - transfer surface area. As the air passes over the fins, it absorbs heat from the coolant, thus cooling the coolant. This process realizes the heat exchange between the coolant and the air, effectively transferring the heat generated by the engine to the outside air.

2.Preventing engine overheating: By continuously cooling the coolant, the radiator core can keep the engine coolant within a safe temperature range. This prevents the engine from overheating, avoiding problems such as reduced engine efficiency, increased wear, and even serious damage caused by overheating, and ensuring the normal operation of the engine.
