Malfunction of the travel main valve spool causing the excavator to veer off course

During the excavator’s movement, if the spring inside the travel main valve softens, breaks, or if the valve spool is jammed by foreign objects, it may result in a drop in oil pressure, which can lead to the excavator veering off course.

Solution to the fault: Measure the oil circuit pressure of the travel main valve, with the normal value being around 30.5 MPa. If the travel main valve is found to be damaged, it should be replaced or repaired immediately to ensure the excavator operates normally.
