Insufficient output pressure from the travel proportional valve

The travel proportional valve is a critical component in the excavator’s control system. It adjusts the output control oil pressure based on the travel of the operator’s joystick, which in turn controls the movement of the main control valve and the speed of the working devices. If the pressure from the travel proportional valve is found to be below the standard value (e.g., 3.3 MPa), it may affect the excavator's travel performance.

Solution: Clean the valve body and oil circuit, and replace the hydraulic oil and filter elements to ensure stable system pressure.
