Clogging of the small hole in the final drive system balance valve

During the excavator’s movement, if the pressure oil cannot pass through the small hole in the balance valve to move the valve spool, it will be unable to release the parking force through the groove on the balance valve. This will obstruct the normal rotation of the travel motor, ultimately causing the excavator to veer off course.

Solution to the issue: Clean the oil circuit and ensure that no dirt enters during disassembly and reassembly. Additionally, regularly replace the hydraulic oil and filter elements to maintain system cleanliness and smooth operation.
